There's the rebellion of a bride, recluse in her mourning. 
There's the resurrection of a time once lost. There's a pact with life. 
There's everything that can be interpreted but not explained. 
Turning on the light is strictly forbidden if you really want to see. 
Do not open your eyes if you do not wish to be victims of rape"

THE RAPE, from Milan, Italy, take place to give voice and sounds, and therefore life, through music, to some lyrics which are part of a collection entitled "THERE, INSIDE THE DARK" of which Kathya West is the author.
The lyrics, conceived as autobiographical metaphors, by choice, have not undergone any adaptation for performance as songs in order to preserve the authenticity of the times when they were written.
Originally written in Italian but translated into English to give fluidity in music, the execution order of the lyrics, sung/recited, is a concept of moments where you start from the end which is the beginning of the story of a life.
THE RAPE is transversal project, a crossroad, that uses music to sing words that express feelings through an almost theatrical performance, just like life.
A concert in which improvisation is very important, accomplices will be the emotions and the interplay between the musicians.
